Captain Bryan Langford
Founder, Managing Director
Capt. Langford, born and educated in Kingston Jamaica, is a seasoned Merchant Marine Captain with over 50 years experience in maritime shipping operations, as well as marine engineering, demolition, lifting, surveying and dredging operations. Following the success of his previous companies, Calico Sailing Cruises (1986) and Captain’s Watersports Ltd. (1996), Capt. Langford’s primary operation stands as D & E Marine Ltd. to-date.
Lieutenant Peter Wilson-Kelly
Marine Resources Impact Mitigation Specialist
Lt. (sg) Peter Wilson-Kelly (Mphil) is a Commercial Diver, Marine Ecologist, Coastal Zone Management and Remote Sensing specialist with over 20 years working experience in both fields. A former employee of the National Environment and Planning Agency and an ex Navy diver, Lt. Wilson-Kelly brings services in Natural resources spatial mapping (terrestrial and marine), Natural resources status assessments, Hydrographical assessments, Coastal Zone and Watershed Management, Environmental Impact Analysis, Environmental Impact Mitigation and Aerial photography.
